We price every tour individually, according to your exact requirements. This means you have the best possible price, inclusive of everything you specify from your choice of transport, accommodation, meals, entrances and guiding. Our experienced staff can advise you of the options available.
We send you a full offer which clearly states what is included.
When you are ready to make a provisional booking, we will confirm your tour price and hold space at a named accommodation, with a date for deposit payment. We require £30 per pupil deposit for coach tours and usually £100 per pupil for air tours. Balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
We do not believe in hidden extras. Once your deposit is received and booking confirmed, we guarantee that there will be no surcharges on the price of your tour.
