 Our bespoke tours give a fascinating insight into the cause and development of the Great War. Your pupils can experience life as a WW1 soldier, retracing an ANZAC platoon's steps to Tyne Cot (and even sample a Tommy Tucker lunch!) or examine the impact that advances that technology had on military tactics, focusing on the trenches on the Western Front and tank warfare.

Morning Afternoon Evening Price includes
Depart school. Eurotunnel crossing and continue to Ypres, arriving around Midday. Entrance to the In Flanders Museum, an excellent interactive museum depicting the peoples' lives during WW1

Fully guided tour of the WW1 *battlefield sites. Please see the list below for a choice of sites:		 Depart for the Eurotunnel and return to school  · Private coach throughout.

*This programme is based on schools located in the South of England. However, it can be amended to suit schools based in other parts of the country The from price is based on 44 paying pupils with a 1:8 free place ratio, travelling between October 2011 and End February 2012. EXPERIENCE LIFE AS A WW1 SOLDIER from £65
On 4th October 1917 a platoon of ANZAC soldiers stormed a german garrison to secure an important stronghold. Your pupils will take on a soldier's identity and will discover the destiny of their soldier! They'll also get to sample a "Tommy Tucker" meal!
